During my recent business trip, I had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Karlovy Vary. The first thing I loved about this hotel was its spacious and comfortable rooms. They were nicely decorated and fully equipped, making it a cozy and convenient place to stay. Additionally, the hotel had a clean and refreshing swimming pool, which was perfect for a relaxing swim after a long day of work. Moreover, the hotel's location was a key highlight. It was just a 10-minute walk to the main attractions, restaurants, and shops in the area, making it easy to explore and enjoy the city during my free time.

There were a couple of aspects that I disliked about my stay. The options were limited and not up to my expectations.

We were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful building and surroundings of the hotel. The stunning views from our room added to the charm of our stay. The classic old style bedroom was elegant and comfortable, making us feel like we were transported to another era. The wellness facilities, especially the swimming pool and sauna, were a great addition to our stay. The highlight of our trip was the classic Thai massage, which left us feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. we had a memorable experience at Bristol Palace and would consider staying here again.

We were impressed by the charming style of the hotel, which has maintained its elegance from the early century times. The cleanliness and maintenance of the place were excellent, giving us the assurance that it is well taken care of. The easy underground access to the spa was a convenient feature, and the spa itself was clean and well-equipped. Furthermore, the location of the hotel near the promenade in the valley provided us with a beautiful and peaceful atmosphere.

We loved our stay at this hotel. It is conveniently located just a short walk from the city center, making it easy for us to explore all the attractions. The staff here really go overboard to make sure that their guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm welcome and provided with a refreshing welcome drink. The reception staff, especially Cristina, were friendly, helpful, and fluent in English, which made our check-in process smooth and hassle-free.

We would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends.

The hotel’s location is great, as it is situated in a beautiful valley close to the promenade, where you can enjoy the scenic views while taking a stroll. The room and the bathroom are both spacious and comfortable, and the service is efficient. Breakfast has a variety of options available. The spa area, which includes a swimming pool and a Jacuzzi, is also well-maintained.

There seems to be a lack of attention when it comes to maintaining some of the facilities.

The bathroom is clean and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and fluent in English, providing excellent customer service. The breakfast offers a variety of options to satisfy every palate. The facilities, including the pool and wellness area, are well-maintained and provide a relaxing experience.

There is one downside to the hotel experience. The parking situation can be inconvenient, with limited availability and the possibility of having to find public parking elsewhere in the city.

Great location, clean rooms, well-equipped, efficient wifi, convenient for city center, good wellness facilities.

Nothing that I didn't like.

We had a great Thanksgiving stay with plenty of amazing views and great amenities. The spa area was relaxing and the pool was refreshing. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the attentive staff who made sure we had everything we needed. The location was perfect for exploring the nearby attractions and we appreciated the cozy atmosphere of the hotel.

There were a few downsides to our experience. The breakfast was a bit limited with only one egg dish and no bacon, while the service in the restaurant was slow at times.

Grand building, short walk from main promenades. Welcoming staff, nice bar, restaurant food quite good. Free swimming pool, sauna, well maintained. Great relaxing stay.

Beautiful building and lovely views of the mountains. The classic old-style bedroom was charming and cozy, perfect for a romantic getaway. there were plenty of restaurants within a short walking distance to the hotel and the town itself was gorgeous and full of history.

The hotel failed to meet our expectations. We also had to pay extra for decent wifi and there were hidden costs that made us feel uncomfortable.

This hotel is located on the edge of town, offering a stunning view above the other hotels. The service provided here, including dry cleaning, housekeeping, and laundry, is excellent. The airport shuttle is convenient, and they even offer a welcome drink upon arrival. The room amenities, such as ironing facilities, heating, and tea and coffee facilities, ensure a comfortable stay. The spa and wellness center, complete with an indoor swimming pool and sauna, provide relaxation and rejuvenation. The staff is attentive and friendly, making sure all my needs were met.

I highly recommend this hotel to all.

We stayed at a hotel close to the city center for a few nights and had a wonderful experience. The spacious and clean room had a great view from the top floor, and it was well-equipped with everything we needed. The hotel's maintained swimming pool was a perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring the city or nearby forests with beautiful viewpoints. The efficient WiFi and available electricity sockets were a bonus. a great hotel with cozy rooms and convenient amenities.
